Welcome to Crawlin’ with the Cougars — a big-mountain, point-to-point trail race built for runners seeking something truly bold. Taking place on July 11, 2026, this demanding course begins in Spanish Fork Canyon and finishes in the stunning Hobble Creek Canyon, traversing the rugged ridgelines of Utah’s Wasatch Front.

Expect massive climbs, extended ridgeline running, and long stretches of remote terrain paired with sweeping views and raw mountain beauty. This is not an easy race — it’s a true high-country test that rewards preparation, grit, and determination.   • Crawlin’ with the Cougars is a point-to-point, 100% dirt course built around massive ridgelines, relentless climbs, and nearly 11,000 feet of vertical gain. With just three fully stocked aid stations, runners should come prepared for a demanding, remote, and unforgettable trail experience.

  • Due to the remoteness of the course, there will be only three fully stocked aid stations. Each will provide everything you need to refuel and restock, but runners should come prepared for long stretches between aid.

  • This 25K packs serious mountain character into a shorter distance, featuring 4,200 feet of vertical gain on a course that is 100% on dirt. Expect sustained climbs, flowing singletrack, and rewarding descents through rugged terrain. With one fully stocked aid station, runners should plan accordingly and come prepared for a demanding mountain effort.

  • The 25K will feature one fully stocked aid station providing water, electrolytes, and nutrition. Because aid is limited, runners are encouraged to carry what they need and come prepared.
